How much is shipping?
Each item is quoted separately with crating charges. We take our craft seriously and will make sure your item is delivered with the greatest care and value. We ask that you allow us a few days to respond while we contact our trusted carriers for the best rates to save you money!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Items in stock usually ship out within 48 hours. Arrival time is generally 5-10 days. We will send you tracking numbers via e-mail so you can plan for the arrival of your package.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept cashier’s checks, money orders, personal checks and credit cards via PayPal. Pre-payment is required. All checks must clear before merchandise will be shipped. If you would like to pay by check, just mail it to us.
What if an item is damaged during shipment?
We pack items very securely to ensure safe arrival. In the event of damage, please notify us and the shipping company immediately (within 5 days of arrival). Please save all original packaging. Damages that occur on items shipped via truck must be noted on the bill of lading receipt. We are not responsible for damages not reported within 5 days of arrival.
What if an item is delayed in shipping?
A tracking number is provided to the client so that the client can track the shipment. We are not responsible for any damages that are due to shipping delays by the shipping company. If the shipment is lost, a claim must be made by the client to the shipping company as quickly as possible.
